U13 Selection Trial Day 18/7/2010


We will need a number of people to make the day a smooth affair with not just a few being overworked. Working on the U12 carnival we hosted early this year i beleive that the following will be the right mix of numbers to make the day successfull.

6 Field Marshalls 2 per field so that one can have a rest between games.

6 BBQ people to allow shifts on the cooking.

16 Canteen servers - 4 shifts of 1 1/2 hours each shift so that you are not caught up all day.

4-6 For Clean Up after please from approx 2.30pm - this is very important role!

This is not a lot of helpers and i would expect that the U13 Parents from our club team to help out the most as they are the only Sunday team that will be here at the ground.

Please show your support for your club and contact me so that I can draw up a roster to allow you to spend maybe an hour or 2 at tops. Otherwise the few will be here form dawn to dusk again. Remember the more games we can host here the better opportunities for your team and children to showcase their talents on their own turf.
