Newsletter update

Over the course of the season it has been mentioned that people cannot find the newsletter and that not everyone checks the website. Requests have been made to email (as was done up to 2 months ago)it, to having printed versions sent out or available at the canteen.All the above have been tried, email did not seem to be work, printed versions were avalable at the canteen but no one picked them up.

We have done all we can do to ensure that everyone is updated as best as possible. The current version (website) was the most requested one so we redeveloped the website and added it to the functions with the ability for members to register for email notifications when it was ready (tried to kill 2 birds with one stone).The reason for the website version is to make it available at a central location that everyone can access themselves. Instead of relying on a email service or frogetting to pick one up everone can access it in their own time.

I would ask everyone to let other team mates know where to find the newsletter and encourage them to subscribe so that they get an email alerts each week. Lets get behind it and spread the word please.
