CRUC AGM to be held 12 September 2010 10.00am
The AGM will be held on the 12th September in the club rooms. Registration starts at 9.30am and the meeting will commence at 10.00am sharp.
Nominations are called for the following positions:
Chairman
President Seniors
President Juniors
Treasurer
Secretary
Junior Representative
Senior Representative
Fossils Representative
Non Exectutive positions are also called for:
Canteen Covenor
Social Coordinator
Sposorship & Marketing Coordinator.
Volunteer Coordinator
Nominations must be lodged at the office by midnight the 10th September. Nominations forms are available from the office and canteen, Nominations from the floor will not be accepted unless there has been no nomination received at the close of nominations. Only current finacial members are allowed voting rights. Proxy forms are also available from the office one voting member can hold one proxy only.
