Storys from the Pit

Who were the 2 senior players that after a recent away game, 3 hours north of the pit, met some locals after the game and had a good time. The locals did to, and asked the 2 strapping lads if they would like to go back to their place for a cup of tea and some bikkies which they accepted (because they are very nice young lads). Unfortunatley they did forget that they had travelled up on the team bus which left without them and they became stranded. Luckily for them one of the other players who organised to stay in the town was able to help them in their dilemma. Who were those likely lads?

Who was that player/parent that recently injured themselves during a game and gave advice to the medics as they were treating him as to what exactly his injury was and how to treat it. He also wrangled his own clearance to play again. Who was that?

Who was the player who took the field and complained that his knee was giving him hell at half time only to be advised by one of his teamates that reason may have been that he put his knee brace on the wrong knee! Who was that?

Which womens player recently went to run out onto the field only to be called back by her young son and given a talking to because she forgot her mouthguard? Who was that?

Which junior player made a great break and scored only to be told it was the wrong way? Who was that? OK you got me it was an U6 player/s.....you have to love them for this though!
