Guidelines for Annual Disbursements to Sub-Clubs

The following guidelines detail responsibilities for each Sub Club to manage in order of receiving annual disbursements provided by the Caboolture Sports Club Inc.

Annually, the Management Committee of the Caboolture Sports Club Inc will pass resolution in regard to the amount of funding that will be disbursed to each of the foundation Sub-Clubs for the forthcoming financial budget.

The following notes responsibilities that each Sub Clubs must manage;

  • Sub Clubs must act in a manner as to not bring the Caboolture Sports Club Inc into unfavourable publicity within the Community.
  • Sub Clubs must follow directions given by the Management Committee of the Caboolture Sports Club Inc.
  • Sub Clubs must maintain financial records and reporting procedures as directed by the Management Committee of the Caboolture Sports Club Inc.
  • Sub Clubs must maintain ethical and moral leadership and not jeopardise the Caboolture Sports Club’s integrity and dignity through character misconduct.

When there is a breach, this will be tabled at the monthly Management Committee Meeting. A sub-committee from the Management Committee, with no immediate involvement in the issue will be appointed to resolve the breach with the sub club prior to the next monthly Management Committee Meeting.

If the matter is not resolved to the satisfaction of the sub-committee, the Management Committee after deliberation may resolve to impose a percentage reduction of the said sub club’s next monthly disbursement. The level of the percentages to withhold disbursements may be categorised by minor, major or extreme breaches. Throughout this process the Management Committee must recognise the objects of the club’s constitution.
